E&E Truck Stuff Return Policy: 

NO returns without prior authorization 

WHEN:   Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the order per the following: 

WHAT:  Any item in its original condition and shipping box that was defective (cannot be damaged) or unused (unopened box) or a result of our error (wrong part). Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. 

AMOUNT of REFUND: Unopened items are fully refunded but require a 20% restocking charge.  This includes parts that you ordered incorrectly. 
Note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. 

SHIPPING COSTS on the RETURN:  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or a part defect. Otherwise the customer must pay for shipping of the return. 

CUSTOM ORDERS & NO RETURNABLE ITEMS: Custom ordered items, items that you have installed, disassembled or damaged cannot be returned. 

RETURN PROCEDURE: 
1. Please Call (978) 772-6503or email sales@eetruckstuff.com for your authorization & Return Authorization Number. We will also give you the ship to address. 
2. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your invoice. (If you do not have your invoice, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper). 
3. Enclose the slip with the carton and wrap the package securely. 
4. Please remember to write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Shipping:
No shipping charges if item is picked up locally (E&E Truck Stuff, Ayer MA)

We offer delivery for the York Load Lok®.  Maximum cost is $25 for 40 mile radius from Ayer, MA. Delivery to further distances is negotiable. However, if you are outside of the New England area we suggest you contact a more local York Products dealer/distributor. 

For all other products shipping charges are per UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service depending on your location. If shipping charges are not listed above contact us at 978-772-6503, or email us at sales@eetruckstuff.com to get a shipping quote. Please provide your zip code if you send us a request. Please allow for up to two weeks delivery time.

UPS Note: If delivery time is important, plan accordingly. The UPS website (www.ups.com) has a transit time (and cost) estimator but unless the optional upgrade from UPS ground is requested (at customer expense) shipment may vary depending on your location and their efficiency. For example, we have shipped two tonneau covers to a customer at the same time. One was received in three days and the other took more than two weeks. So if your shipment is time sensitive it can be upgraded to 2nd day or next day air. However, UPS ground is usually a reasonable method (in our opinion). DO not use PayPal if you need a faster delivery.
