E&E Truck Stuff Return Policy:

NO returns without prior authorization

WHEN:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the order per the following:

WHAT:
Any item in its original condition and shipping box that
was defective (cannot be damaged) or unused (unopened box)
or a result of our error (wrong part). Damaged items must be reported
to carrier upon receipt.

AMOUNT of REFUND:
Unopened items are fully refunded but require a 20% restocking charge.
This includes parts that you ordered incorrectly.
Note that we can process returns and refunds only for items
purchased from us.

SHIPPING COSTS on the RETURN:
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our
error or a part defect. Otherwise the customer must pay for shipping of the
return.

CUSTOM ORDERS & NONRETURNABLE ITEMS:
Custom ordered items, items that you have installed, disassembled
or damaged cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Please Call (978) 772-6503or email eetruckstuff@bicnet.net for your
authorization & Return Authorization Number.
We will also give you the ship to address.
2. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your invoice.
(If you do not have your invoice, please indicate the order
number on a separate piece of paper).
3. Enclose the slip with the carton and wrap the package securely.
4. Please remember to write your Return Authorization Number on the
outside of the box.
